Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor — they never touch our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.

Basic site analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) if analytics are enabled.

How we use it

To manage your booking: confirmations, pickup directions, trip communication, and deposit returns.

To respond to your messages.

To operate and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers that run this site (payment processing, database hosting, email delivery).

How long we keep it

Booking records are retained for bookkeeping and tax purposes. Contact messages are kept until resolved and periodically cleaned up.

Your rights (California residents)

Under the CCPA you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
